3 STEPS TO MASTERING YOUR 30 SECOND PITCH WHEN YOU ARE A LIFESTYLE BRAND

Similar to multiplatform brands, lifestyle brands have a unique struggle when it comes to delivering the perfect 30 second pitch.

Lifestyle brands are usually full of visual expression and various content. This is what make them killer brands online and not so killer brands when asked to be condensed into one person’s 30 second presentation of the brand.

Here are 3 things to consider when pitching your lifestyle brand.

  1. Condense Your Visuals.

Visuals are the lifeblood of a lifestyle brand. But these marketing elements don’t work in such a quick, real life, ready set go moment. Review which visuals your audience resonates with the most and when you see that audience in person, verbally paint that picture for your audience.

2. Why?

You are selling your idea and your “why.” Many times your idea or lifestyle maybe too complex to articulate clearly and concisely in your allotted time frame. If this is you, focus on “why” you do what you do versus “what” you do.

3. Watch Your Vibe.

A lifestyle brand is all about the vibe it creates. Make sure that you and everything about you is on point. From your style, mindset, body language. business cards, car- everything in, on, and around you all speaks towards the energy that is this life.

With lifestyle brands, you have the unique ability to be a walking billboard for the brand. So make sure that everything is on point with regards to you.

If you only represent a facet of the brand, make sure you can easily and quickly paint your audience a picture of what your lifestyle is.
